i missed the last subway train so I ordered a hopp and it took for ever for a driver to confirm and when they did confirm they just cancelled. at least 3 times I tried prioritize and still cancel. I was stuck in downtown for hours

Two drivers cancelled on us minutes before they reached. That's extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when you're in a hurry. If Hopp is unreliable, the lower price doesn't matter. Because in the end I had to call an Uber anyway and Hopp made me lose precious time anyway. At least give us the option to flag and rate these terrible drivers. Update: Today it listed a ride for $25, and charged me $36.
