Have had the App for years but the last 6 months or so has been nearly impossible to log on, keeps saying incorrect details but I use the biometric, revert to using password and then stops one character before the end to sasy login unsuccessful. As I have not been able to login and pay, I have incurred numerous charges - bit of a joke tbh

Edit, for the updated app 18/10/26, want to pay your credit card bill? Good luck with that one, honestly who builds an app that absolutely will not allow you to pay the money owed? There needs to be better regulation on financial lnstitutions so customers can easily pay their bills. Ridiculous

Hi John, we're sorry to hear that you've had issues paying your account. With a credit card, the amount owed needs to be on a statement before it can be paid (on a bill). However, you can override this by paying directly from your Bank: Payee : Virgin Money Sort code : 40 64 25 Account : 4132 0424 Ref : Your full 16 Digit Credit Card Number

It is frustrating as a customer now. If you want to make an online purchase, the MFA verification step is missing whereby the pop-up doesn't appear at all to verify through the app. It doesn't appear if you use a phone or a desktop to make a purchase.
