We used the free trial and thought it was good so decided to pay for the year subscription and now it's forever not working. it keeps turning motion detection off so I'm not getting any recordings and that's the reason we brought it as we have things going on and need to record anyone that's comes to the house, I just want a refund and get something better

Avoid!! They take multiple payments!! I have had to pay numerous times this year alone, its meant to be one annual payment. Opened a case with PayPal proving all the payments made, no luck. When I refused to pay anymore my PayPal account got suspended!! so I had to pay AGAIN!! Currently trying to cancel the subscription 😡

TRASH. I paid for the subscription, but it acts like I havent. I have messaged support, I recieved a messaged saying it was flagged for priority, I still haven't heard anything back and that was over a month ago. My motion notification somehow turns off at least once every 24 hrs. and it does not always record. It either picks up nothing or every single car that drives by. Don't waste your time or money!!!!

Potential to be great
Very affordable however There are too many adds and it loads entirely to darn slow if you could fix that this would be so much better. It shows a good picture but login is slow and the battery doesn’t stay charged long either. Also you can’t view anything unless you pay 29.99 That’s scammy I will report to bbb might as well by a ring camera what a waste of money.

Limited Functions
I have been using the app for a while and decided to get the cloud set up. It takes a while for the stream to come to my iPhone app. After a short while of viewing, the app goes back to the startup screen and I have to once again click the play icon in the middle of the image to resume viewing from the camera. There should be an option that allows for continuous monitoring using the camera.
