Useless. Sainsbury's stopped the smart shop app and replaced it with this. you can't use this to shop. The app offers to link the Nectar card, but then it takes you to the Nectar app, and there is no way to connect the Nectar card with the Sainsbury's app. Jokes

some times it works but I am not receiving confirmation of orders. Have checked and everything is switched on to receive them. Have contacted customer support and they say everything is OK their end, so why an I not receiving emails

The move of the excellent SmartShop app to inside the online shopping app is a disaster. But Sainsbury's have decommissioned the SmartShop app before testing that it works inside the online shopping app, and now users are stranded. Today, the SmartShop bit of the Sainsbury's app doesn't load at all and we're left with a message to say "it's coming soon"! Next time, remember the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
