Awful digital platform. Keeps experiencing issues

Beware! This platform made us double book checked bags at an astronomical fee because the platform kept experiencing issues. I could never change it, and by mistake rebooked the checked bags. Therefore, we paid more than 100 pounds more than we should have. And there is no refund for this airline whatsoever!

Dissapointed with Ryanair

Very disappointed with my experience. The app did not work properly during check-in, and because of that issue we were forced to pay extra fees at the airport. There was no effective support to solve the problem in time, which made the whole trip stressful and frustrating. A company should not make customers pay for technical problems that are not their fault. I expected much better service and a fairer solution.

Loser for too long!

Not User-Friendly • Very Frustrating Experience

This app is difficult to use. The design is poor, and I often found myself repeating the same steps unnecessarily. The overall process was time-consuming and confusing. Even my son, who is usually very comfortable with apps like this, felt that my 2-star rating was quite generous.
