booked a flight for someone to come to my country and it states booking cannot be retrieved claiming I booked it from a 3rd party without Ryanair's permission and via Google pay, but I booked it directly on their app via bank card.

I had to install the app to get my boarding pass. why can't I just download it? why can't you send it to my email?
