there is no point to say sorry,it is 1 week and my reased request not resolved.big basket customer care is saying this is not our issue.very disappointed Dear BB dairy Support Team, I am writing to raise a concern regarding the migration of my bbdaily account to BigBasket. After the migration, I noticed that the balance available in my bbdaily account has not been transferred or reflected in my BigBasket account.

Nowadays service is getting worse. They'll take the order but they won't deliver half of it and not even refund for items. You have to check their mail and see whether it's refunded or not or someone's it shows delivered but not delivered in actual. I feel other apps like Swiggy, zepto, blinkit, flipkart etc are better options. At least you'll remember and you have time to order from elsewhere.
