waste of time when all you'll get is failed transcripts and being treated like a hoodlum if you don't get the premium version. I know my transcript isn't lagging, it's the app just wasting my time making it look like errors. So much for getting my hopes up

Had a pretty simple problem right after I started using the app. Nothing in help files resolved my issue, so I contacted support. Couldn't get a human to help. Support said they would get back to me. Three days later, still nothing. Canceled my subscription. Brief chat with support again letting them know I was canceling my $99 subscription because of their poor customer service. Bot came back with response that it didn't understand. If you're considering paying for this app, don't do it!

I would have spent money on this. I decided to test it. But the free 20 seconds that they give you is so inaccurate. there were notes that was note even close to the piece that I recorded and sometimes there was no music and it showed notes. so inaccurate. you would have had a paying customer. ✌🏼✌🏼
