as of the last few months, the app closes itself after a few seconds of opening it. It's inconvenient for anyone who uses their mobile for banking. the website in regards to transferring money is difficult even using the desktop layout on your phone. I sent an email about a month ago and don't think I received any response about the app being impossible to use

It's much better than it was when it was first released. Occasionally, it doesn't work, but overall, it's a good app. Easton, the talking computer, hasn't ever been able to help me on anything.
