OpenTable for Restaurants

The android version of this app has limited functionality which is frustrating and makes the service less user friendly overall. The app should have the same functionality on both iPhone and Android.

As mentioned by many people, the constant logout are super frustrating. I don't have crashing issues, but for Christ sake, the reason I use the app is to streamline checking information, and having to sign in every time I open it defeats the purpose.

crashing almost every time I need to access the app, need to login again and again and glitches like crazy. unbelievable how this app is so terrible with all the money they charge restaurants to use their product. Absolutely wild as I saw reviews like this years ago and still nothing, fix your app for Android!!! Messing up our business!!

the app is created for iPhone users and treats android users like second class. all of a sudden now I can no longer view the visit notes on my guest tables from the app, have to use an iPad or desktop since I have an android phone. there are many features blocked from the android device app: the ability to "block reservations" for the day or days ahead, viewing notes on guest bookings, viewing guest contact phone numbers + emails, pre-assigning tables to reservations, and much more.
