Previously ordered tickets via website. In recent times after each booking I was informed I was a step closer to a free ticket. After a change in the terms of conditions that meant that website bookings no longer go towards a free ticket (why?), I installed the app. After half an hour and after asking the AI I still couldn't find my cinema ticket 'stamps'. Cannot see what the app adds to the website functionality. Uninstalled.

clunky. Hard to select seats (they don't load or are tricky to click on - using latest firmware on a flagship phone on fast wifi!l) and it times out after taking the time to do all that (eventually) and enter voucher codes. Desktop or mobile browser works fine but this app is not fit for purpose.
