Over 6 Years in and it's become More Integrated and even More Essential. As a performer, I love being able to format lyrics and chords the way I want to. Yes, you need to know the ChordPro coding format, but this is easy once you get the hang of it. As a songwriter, I love that I can futz around with my chords and lyrics and have them all in one place. There are many features this limited space prevents reviewing. Rest assured, it will be a godsend if you need working charts for your music.

The best iPad songbook for gigging

I gig often and have for 20+ years this app is the only song book I will ever use. I have thousands of songs downloaded and saved to a cloud storage and on my devise. No subscription free song downloads. Amazing features for different instruments and to scroll together with band. So much more. The only one you will ever need.

its easy to make playlists. The free text retrieval is great for searching titles. if you're into chordpto - there is no better app. oh - and Linksoft support is fantastic.

Does not work for multiple devices. They ask you to pay for a subscription so your songs can be sync in multiple devices. Not true. Even after paying the subscription, when you "sync" your songs nothing happens to them, they are not made available anywhere else. stupid.

I have used this app for about 10 years now and it is a bit janky at times, but mostly I think it is good and solid. I have used others but this is the better one for me as a guitarist and singer.

Songbook Chordpro Is The Answer

We have used Songbook Chordpro for 14 years in support of a Classic Rock band and have experienced very few glitches. It has excellent functionality that is generally intuitive across Windows, IOS and Android platforms. The support is on point and timely. There has been consistent innovation over the years. It appears to be designed by musicians for musicians. There is even a chord database that actually works. Bottom line, it is head and shoulders above its competitors and greatly simplifies music chart administration. Kudus to the support team. I strongly recommend it for anyone who writes or covers music,
