Mocha Beans

I have called those at Mocha Beans repeatedly about my account and how it's not showing the amount of points I actually have. I was a loyal customer for years now think about that in how I I accurately mean. They said they would get back me. Never happened. Same thing when asked me to send them my email. Thats charming of them. Bloody scam artists. It's not like after that I owe them anything except disrespect in return just know.
