Can't switch between organisations within the same login which is a massive flaw. For one organisation it's great. Snap the receipt and it uploads it and processes it then reconciles it for you. It has problems with there's split VAT amount and you have to manually input the VAT line for each receipt. And if your receipt is long it gets confused and can't work out the payment amounts and VAT splits. You have to fold the receipt up to just show the payment details part.

The only thing it supposedly allows you to do, which is upload receipts, it can't even do that, fails every time. never been updated for over a year. obviously they don't care.

OCR functionality does not work at all. The photo of a till receipt is perfectly legible, but hubdoc says there is no supplier or date, it doesn't recognise the amount or anything. Totally useless without OCR.
