Frustrating
Temu keeps telling me I have free gifts. But when I look for them, I can’t find them. Confused on a lot of their so called free stuff and a lot of the discounts! Also I have had a lot of clothes sent in the wrong size!!

Be careful
They over load you with “coupons” and trick you to buy items to get items for free. I had free items confirmed to be shipped and when I went back to check tracking they were gone. I contacted customer service and they dismissed me as misunderstanding the coupon and offered a $15 credit, not even close to what I spent or was offered in free merchandise.
