It was all good till I got "too many IDs created for this purchase..." error. Unfortunately now I can't create another ID and can't use the app. I can't renew or but another license either.

does not mention this only works with other three ma account holders and apparently impossible to get a refund so just pay them, then don't bother to install the app. no free trial, live & learn

Threema is an amazing communication platform. However, I've been recently locked out of my account and I've been asked to provide my passphrase which I don't remember creating one during the time I was setting up my Threema ID. So, now my question is, how do I recover my account?

A Trusted App Hands Down
I’ve been using this app for a few months now and it’s 100 times better than WhatsApp. I’ve had no issues. I’ve recommended it to other people and they love it. I feel connected and I feel like my messages are getting sent properly with no interruptions. Sometimes we have to try a few things until we get the “right” one and this so far is the right one!

fantastic app
this app is fantastic. It is well worth the one time charge that you have to pay to get it. It works flawlessly with voiceover however, when you go to generate an ID for the first time, you have to double tap and slide up to initiate that or use screen recognition or the touch area thing other than that, it works fantastically.

lost everything
have used this for 6 years. suddenly started not connecting every afternoon for several hours. ultimately had to delete app and redownload. app failed to import my backup safe or even my ID. had to start over completely from scratch with a new ID and lost all my previous chats. customer service’s response along the way: “contact Apple App store.”
