It was perfect, but since the last update, it keeps on bringing up the message "Unable to retrieve your Holdings at this moment. Please try again or call 13 13 80." No amount of clearing the app's cache, nor restarting my phone or the app, is working.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A55 but my phone hasnt updated the app to the new version that was released August 2026. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but appears to reinstall the old app version each time. My phone is only a few years old so whats the go here.
