What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep

■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch.

■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!

■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!

■ Check Your Sleep Report
What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

■ Get Support to try to Sleep Your Best
You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best.

Overall really cute but forces you to look at “sleep data” don’t let u sleep right away. Which is bad for my insomnia.

you have to do all the sleep data before going to sleep. there are nights that I don't want to be dealing with that and the new update doesn't allow you to bypass.

Great game but one thing…

Amazing game and the Pokémon sleeping is adorable, however, I listen to white noise to go to sleep, and this app stops that. I wish there was a feature where you could play music in the background and still use the sleep tracking.

i don't make noise when I sleep. so I was surprised when the app was recording itself making Snorlax sleeping noises. it's an unneeded feature but I guess kind of nice.

A sleep game hmm

A sleep game but you are only allowed to “record sleep” 2x a day what happens if you choose to sleep more because of sickness or working over nights. I get it’s a game but what’s the point of it tracking sleep if the devs pick and choose what’s “sleep” or isn’t it’s not like you get to save the pokemon for other games or even battle or trade you basically play with recording sleep so even if someone wanted to cheat the system who cares it only effects them not the entirety of the game.

I used this app for years until last week when Fitbit changed the name of their app. I reached out to Pokémon Sleep help and they kept saying it is only a me issue and to try the same 2 things. I tried and they didn't work, as expected, and finally they have stopped replying and won't fix the issue. I'm really disappointed!
