error message when trying to login 10390. cannot access the app and no where can tell me why.

error code 500 detail code 10390 is a death sentence to your entire account. have yet to see one way to fix this outside of contacting support and praying. also from what ive seen this error has been here for over 3+ years............. this code appeared after i came back after a few years of not playing the recent pokemon games. might be coincidence might not be......... regardless, ill change my score if this gets fixed.

This app is awesome because you can store your Pokémon and manage them between the various Pokémon games. I like this app too because its a nice way to organize your Pokémon from the various Games. I will give this app 5 stars until the app gets updated with FR/LG Support. I like how this app alows you to trade with others too. PS. I hope it also gets it's Pokémon FireRed and Pokémon LeafGreen Home support update too in the nick of time!!

I really like how you can get some pokemon but I really want a update where you can trade special pokemon like meltan but I'll don't care if you make it that you can not trade pokemon from pokemon home events just please let us trade special pokemon

Ridiculously sadistic design.

This app is pointless on anything other than a switch. Sure they offer special pokemon if you transfer every single available pokemon at each step of their evolution progression from a specific game, but that ruins the entire fun of the game. This app can connect to the games, you shouldn’t have to transfer every single available pokemon at every stage of evolution just so it recognizes that you did it, & it shouldn’t be specific to the game. Not only that but the dex looks completely different from the switch version, so even if the switch says you completed it, this app say “nah bruh lol, you still have to transfer the 900 others just to get the reward lol”. The space is limited, & some pokemon can’t even be transferred, so this just takes ages unless you meticulously build a living dex specific to the specific game, & pay them money to get more room. That’s on top of having to own both versions of the game just to get access to all the available pokemon. I don’t know who thinks up these ridiculously sadistic mechanics, but I know they definitely shouldn’t have a job.

Good but the users are terrible

This app is AMAZING for trading pokemon but there are way too many users who use impossible pokemon like eternal flower floette just to show pokemon on the search results but you can’t ACTUALLY TRADE!!!!! It’s obnoxious and it’s an absolute plague on this app.
