you used to have a pickup point and end destination on the incoming request map. why all over sudden it was been removed. we can ask the client the destination and cancel after. be professional and resume the end destination on the map display.

Issue worrying me

I don’t know why you guys think client is always right.? Cos you guys don’t call me the driver to clarify things or maybe i don’t know how you guys work.I’ve two bad feedbacks from clients ( 1,poor car maintenance 2,bad behavior and i think you guys can make things easier,like calling me the driver to confirm things out.. I don’t like this feedback kindly do something about it thanks

Unfair and cheating the drivers

I can say this people don’t want we the drivers to succeed because I can tell you countless times bolt denied me opportunity to win the bonus once you’re getting to the end of your rewards is either they stop counting ur points or deducting it just to prevent you from winning their bonus. My humble advice for me to them is they should stop such behaviors because others apps too are competing with them and they don’t behave towards us like they’re doing, so if u don’t treat your drivers well they’ll all leave and find comfort elsewhere. You just loose me as your reliable driver and I still believe you can amend things well Thank you for your listening

Fare

Please increase the fare, the inflation in the country especially the hike in fuel prices, maintenance cost and repairs are discouraging the drivers!
