Never got a chance to even try because my account got suspended for "violations" as soon as I set it up before I even did anything. Spent ages texting and emailing support and they couldn't figure it out either. So I can't rent bikes in NYC or DC.

My friend ordered the ride for me. I thought I put my phone in my bag and forgot about it. The driver Noor, never returned my phone. Tried calling and texting him, no answer. Don't trust this Noor. This is in Contra Costa County California. The "Help" team never resolved my issue. I've chatted with AI, then Ganesh, then Mustafa, then Patrick. They will just take you in circles but never resolved the problem. Awful company Awful driver. Never use Lyft. Awful customer service.

drivers are incompetent. takes me 5 minutes to find a driver then even longer to wait for the driver. was charged when though the driver cancelled
