I received a message on my account that gave out a $40 incentive for downloading Capital One Shopping. I never received the incentive on the account, and when I e-mailed support, I was sent exactly the same copy pasted response twice from what I am guessing is their AI tech support named Jeff. I am digusted this was handled in such a way. Not only was the bonus not paid out, there was not actual staff support.

I kinda feel like the app could be more user friendly and it is kind hard to get ahold of tech support and when they do respond they don't really help you at all
