a lot of the maps are not correct. there have been a couple of time already that the map leads me to an empty field on county roads. or they send me a longer way to get to a certain location. it really needs improvement on the mapping.

Spent a year being dedicated. to this app working my butt off and now the app only sends offers to new drivers and has pretty much kicked all the veteran drivers to the curb. I set for hours watching the new drivers stay busy its so frustrating. Please help

Since the last update even if you have sapphire 4.9 rating and everything else 100% You will be punished for near perfect to perfect metrics. Drivers with lower metrics are receiving the better offers. Drivers with lower metrics showed me their phone and metrics and good and great offers they get. They are back-and-forth in the store with great offers while the drivers with perfect metrics are punished and get nothing.

The app was pretty alright before the last update. Orders be slim to none, then when you contact support they say orders are being sent to you but none of them actually reaching your phone for real

DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE BOTS!!!!
To many bots on this app. Orders are gone in a fraction of a second!!! Add a filter for location, because why I am only receiving order for other cities that are from 30mins to 1 hour from where I am!?

😭Bot Grabber’s must Go
Bot Grabbers
I love this app but it’s disappointing that this platform makes so much money and has not did anything about these Bot Grabbers. Please hire someone to fix this issue. It doesn’t just hurt us . It hurts your platform as well if people are holding orders that could be getting fulfilled.

New update
It isn’t the best update. Most offers are 2&3 batch items. We have to swipe up to see details of items and it is annoying. Not a fan.
