I cant even login to the app anymore on my personal phone. I can still use my company phone. since the switch from volt its been terrible. you can no longer print off multiple labels and every time you print a label you have to check what type of label. one label at a time. its too time consuming.

Useless app people don't get paid because your app is a piece of garbage. you can't log in, you can't scan anything. It's absolutely worthless.I don't even know what you're doing over there.But you should seriously, consider overhauling your tech department. Because it's ruining your business. i foresee a huge class action in your lawsuit due to the unpaid people working shifts. and then they can't get paid because of your app. you can and get past the log and bro quit your job.

Logging in and Password Fatigue
I’m required to use it but still don’t because of the time it takes to log in. I cannot keep changing passwords. Also, it’s through Walmart so Vendors have no faith in it

This app de-activated my account and won't let me re activate or create a new account it just says it's sending a message to some support team. I've been waiting since yesterday to get my account re activated and because it was deactivated in the first place my ShiftSmart job won't pay me, so this app is literally costing me money. terrible app. terrible service. should be shut down 👎

My app hasn’t worked in two weeks to scan anything. Makes it difficult to mod quickly. I’ve already sent email to tech support days ago and they still haven’t resolved or gotten back to me on the issue.

To many issues
App kicked me out while I was dude to app error and now I can’t ever work my shifts because I can’t log in and out and and stuck logged into a shift. I can’t reset my password I’m not getting a limit my email to do so or nothing
