Don’t waste your time
Uber support has been a disgrace and joke to deal with. I have a restaurant account for Uber Eats and logged into the account on my phone and they blocked my device for supposedly having multiple uber accounts. They keep giving scripted responses and have no one you can talk to over the phone. They keep saying to use ANOTHER device. Sorry to tell you I only have one phone. WASTE OF TIME. Going with Lyft and using DoorDash and Rubin for my restaurant going forward.

Just a terrible company that doesn’t even attempt to be helpful. I attempted request contactless delivery. There was no option for it at the initial checkout. So I added it in the special requests section. After completing the order instead of it being contactless it required me to meet the delivery individual and provide a pin that Uber Eats provided. Fun part is the one they gave me was incorrect. Not to mention I reached out to “support” more than once requesting they changed the pin requirement so it could be contactless. Scripted responses only with zero attempt to rectify the situation. Support chat was closed within 10 seconds if I didn’t respond. Regardless of the fact that the issue I presented wasn’t even addressed let alone resolved.
