Do not sign up for a DIGITS line!
This is literally the worst app and service that T-Mobile offers. I tried to cancel my DIGITS account and I am told that I have to call them to authenticate my account, I don’t understand why that is an issue! They had no issue taking my payment when I got the line. So disappointed! Just use Google Voice! It’s free and way better than this!

Never Get Important Texts
I’ve had a digit line and I’m paying for it and I never get my verification codes and I never get important. Text that I’ve waited. Waited for for a while. Very frustrating especially paying for it.

Below par
I have encountered problems with the delivery and receipt of messages/texts and photos. In addition, Digits sometimes saves my contacts’ 10 digit number wth a +1 and other times it doesn’t. In texts, you can’t distinguish between an Apple or Android. I assume all texts are SMS/MMS. I am frustrated with the app and don’t recommend it.
