Horrible. 2.5 hours to retrieve tickets. 3 calls to tech support. 2 of 3 people had me doing purposeless exercises.

What do you expect with a monopoly

Just trying to buy a couple Yankees tickets. $80 total purchase. It’s like I’m boarding a flight, scan my id scan my face login 3 times. All just to get my account “paused” for some reason. Can’t even check out. I would happily give my business to anybody else. Stop taking yourself so seriously TM! Just let people buy the ducking tickets. This service sucks.

Absolutely terrible app. Extremely slow. Cannot create a passkey as it keeps timing out. There is nowhere inside the app to create a passkey either.
