The menu bar shortcut keeps randomly disappearing after I’ve used my Mac (macOS 26.2 Tahoe) for several hours though I have it set to launch upon startup of the Mac.

Cannot access to use
I downloaded this, thinking it was a dedicated app that would appear in the dock that I could access when I wanted to identify music. It does not seem to appear in the dock, and when clicked on the Applications folder, nothing shows to indicate that it’s running or how to access it—?

never successful
I wanted to identify some obscure tracks in my library, but this app seems nonfunctional. I tried several tracks from major artists mainstream albums and it couldn’t identify any of them. Not a single success.

Love Shazam but not this app
No way to connect and log in to my Shazam account and merge my phone Shazam with my computer Shazam. No point in using this app if I can’t synchronize the two.
