Booked a flight through the app and received a confirmation from RyanAir's official email. The next day, we received an email from RyanAir telling us the purchase was made through a third party agency and we need to send them my our IDs to access the flight we've already paid for. Customer support doesn't do anything and tells us to just do it.

Ryanair is aweful!
They tried to trick you and you end up getting charged a lot for it. Beware and be careful to check all policies and check in policies and bag policies before you go because it could cost yourself more than double your flight cost later if you don’t know their tricky rules.
