JustPark Parking

I've tried just about every parking app and this is by far the worst. Logs you out of every start up, gives you authorisation errors, and has the most backwards time selection interface I've ever seen. absolutely awful and it's a travesty I'm forced to use it.

Earnings dashboard is a bit conviluted to access - button is called 'back to dashboard' even though that's not where you just came from when clicking View Earnings. 'Bookings calendar' is not a calendar, just a search function - an actual calendar week or month view would be great. Raising a help ticket can be challenging - required to pick from a list of drop down, which are all help articles, which are then emailed to you. Frustrating when raising an issue not covered by these.

Only for Reno Airport?

I attended an event that used JustPark, and silly me, I thought downloading the app would allow me to book the reservation. The only option that continued to pop up was Reno Airport (I am in Colorado.) I had to manually book on the web and access my reservation on the web. Also it said my pass would be emailed to me. It never was. Good thing I kept the link open on my phone. I deleted the app and I hope I never have to use JustPark again.

Terrible software

This app is borderline malware. Put 3 different cards before it finally took my payment. It required I log into my banking app twice to verify (their rules, not my bank’s). Not confident at all that my parking spot will be secure. Not using them again after this.

This parking company is a nightmare

I parked in the designated zone. I entered all the information as required and I kept getting a payment authorization failed error. I entered two different cards. Both correct and kept getting the error. I ended up going to the parking office of the place and they gave me the website to pay manually. I got the same error. So did the employee. I ended up paying the place directly and bypassed this company entirely. I hope this place gets rid of this useless company

Not satisfied

I paid for parking online State Farm area for the falcons vs Seahawks game $ 58.50 , it did not go to my email I contacted support gave me the runaround , so when I went to the game I paid another $60 to park total $118.50 to park Bad business

Payment

The only issue I had with the app is that I was not able to get on the app for a day, when I was able to I could not back date to the day my car was left at the airport so I paid an extra day after but no one to talk to about that.. otherwise it was all good..
