Terrible UX

The app sorts completely at random, and it doesn’t let you change the order or the name of your profiles. Also, it’s to slow to disconnect, so when I want to switch profiles, I need to manually click disconnect from the current profile, wait for it to be done and then click on the next one. If I click connect on a different profile, it should automatically disconnect from the current profile and connect to the new one, instead of showing an error.

Stay away if possible

This app is terrible. If you can avoid it, you should at all costs. We've been forced to push it onto our users at work to try to circumvent setting up a proper OpenVPN server to meet our MFA requirement, but it has been a terrible experience for them. The developers respond with vacuous claims like "email us to help resolve," but these are complete lies and deception. I once posted a problem where the exported profile literally added an extra letter "s" to a tag definition, rendering the exported profile completely unusable and corrupted without manual editing first. That might not make sense to everyone, but it's absurd. This app is the worst, and I think Microsoft writes some of the best software for macOS. Stay away from this specific headache if you can avoid it.
