Using these bikes is easy and fun once you register and learn to use the application. Sometimes, the app will tell you bikes are available, and they may be, BUT they're not functioning! Be open-minded and look for the next station. I recommend as an alternative to riding in a car.

my experience was pretty bad. Would love to try the bikes but the app and website are so disfunctional i cant sign up. I signed up. Pretty nice rides. They charged me 28 pesos for biking 1 minute over the 45 minutes. I mean, sure?... Overal I think the real positive here is the fantastic biking infrastructure in Mexico City! We are using these bikes to go everywhere and seeing the city on a bike is great!

La eco bici se atoro y no marco que la deje en la estacion y aunque llame para hacer el reporte (y estuve en el telefono esperando por 3 horas) un mes despues me volvieron a cobrar y cuando quise hacer el reclamo me dijeron que no daban devolución porque no tengo evidencia que la deje ahi ese dia a esa hora aunque fue un mes despues y en el momento que hice el reporte no se me dijo nada de eso. La app falla mucho cuando te registras la primera vez tuve que intentarlo 3 diferentes veces para usar

No refund option

Great service but why are you auto renewing an annual subscription and not giving me the option to refund it even though I haven’t used the service for the last 11 months

Takes your money

The app/software doesn’t work. Three times I’ve locked my bike up and it doesn’t register as the ride is finished, even though it’s locked in. I can’t remove the bike, I can’t lock it up, and it just sits there running up my bill. Customer service doesn’t respond. This is a scam.

Faulty app - overcharged for hours

Bike stands constantly have issues with checking out bikes. I also checked a bike in but apparently it wasn’t fully docked so I got charged for hours afterwards and customer service was not helpful.

Used to work…

I visited CDMX a couple years ago and the app worked fine. Now I’m back and it won’t take any of my credit cards. Doesn’t have Apple Pay. Each rider needs their own app / device. It needs to verify your identity and asks for address. I just want to ride a bike…
