You need the VXI-BTC plugged in with a cap5 style network connection into the VXI amps port, that will give you Bluetooth control access for tun express or remote control use. You cannot just Bluetooth into the amp without the Bluetooth switch plugged in.

says the Bluetooth is turned off even though it is. the fact you have to use an app to play audio on a speaker is shameful by the part of the device producer

Can’t Connect App to Head Unit

Can anyone tell me how to connect the app to the head unit? The phone is connected to HU, I’m playing music on it. When I try to search for devices on the app, the thing just spins and can’t locate the HU.
