Use it to securely call or text message your child, see their location, check in on their activity levels, and manage their contacts.

If you’re invited as a contact, you can also use the Fitbit Ace app to securely call or send messages to a child’s Fitbit Ace LTE smartwatch.

Fitbit Ace LTE device requires a paid Ace Pass data plan. Some features only available for kids with a supervised Google Account.

App constantly can't locate the watch despite being in an area with excellent cell coverage across multiple carriers. Can maybe locate the watch accurately 50% of the time, with just being unable to update location at all 45% of the time. The other 5% of the time the triangulation is wildly off. Not sure if this is an issue with the watches or the app, but this is the core feature of the device that parents need, so it really should be way more reliable.

App has been malfuntioning for about 2 weeks now showing the device is in school mode when it is not and making it unusable for calls. Really disappoint for an app/device with a monthly subscription.

Device and app are great, but once the watch died, I can't find it anymore, not even see the last location the device was at. So, if I can't find the watch, I will be cancelling this and getting a Samsung watch instead as it handles location a lot better. Also, reception is not great in my area. so very often I would try to call the watch and it would not go through.

this version is completely broken and unusable, and school time is disabled but app thinks it is enabled, and won't allow calling child.
