Garmin StreetCross

Doesn't hardly except gpx routes. All trips we made are gpx files and always worked fine with navigation, but not in Streetcross. You cannonly usevif for a ride from A to B. This app is a disgrace for Garmin and a huge failure of Yamaha to implement it. An expensive bike with a hardly working navigation app. Garmin fix the issues so gpx files are excepted and if not, Yamaha replace this asap for another app that does work. Talk with the guys from Beeline, they know how it works

very bad experience. Don't know why Yamaha would want to partner with them. Cannot find locations on the map which I can easily find on Google maps or Waze. If I want to pin office address it is asking for House number. Map would point at weird directions in middle of the ride. Wish for Google map integration on Yamaha rather than using this app.

Not only are the maps outdated but major city maps are non-existant. There are only highways in maps and those are outdated as well.

always a turn behind atleast, appearance is like going back in time to the first tom tom sat nav too, destination never found unless made a favourite ect, Google maps much better l, needs major improvements!

This is hands down the most frustrating piece of software I've ever used. It constantly freezes mid-ride, completely locking up right when you need to know where you're going. Even when it is actually running, it has the nerve to point me in completely the wrong direction.

Nice

I like it so far - it has worked well. New Yamaha YFZ R7 - really like the ability to quickly fine a gas station while traveling. Using this with a iPhone 17 Pro - no issues so far stays connected / no dropouts - either with the bike or my Sena BT HEADSET. Thanks - another well done product ( I have a Garmin Fenix and 820 Cycle computer)

Awful, AWFUL, app

There is no sugar coating it here. StreetCross is an atrocious application and Garmin should be embarrassed to have put out something so terrible. Incredibly rife with bugs makes it unusable. Unfortunately this is the ONLY way to get on screen navigation on the new Yamaha bikes and it’s essentially not even worth your time or the effort to set this up. You’ll be messing with it to get it to work right more than actually using the function. Shame on Garmin and Yamaha for releasing such a horrible application and partnership.

Super outdated

Really wish it was better. Yamaha did me dirty making it my only option on my bike. 2026 with 2005 TOMTOM level maps and programming.
