Well from the time my daughter and I boarded the plane we noticed that there was very little legroom and our 3 hour trip it was very cold on the plane which I'm shocked either of us were able to get any sleep and that's just part of it. I woke up and was thirsty and asked if I could get a Coke and the flight attendant stewardess said that I could charging me $4.29 for a 12 ounce can and I told her to forget it. The rest of the flight I kept thinking I'll never ever fly Frontier again. 😡😡😡

Bad customer service
After speaking, someone who I could barely understand their English, I was unable to resolve a problem of my name, not matching something that is on my credit card very frustrating

America's worst airline. They are cheap and that comes with a price. Horrible customer service from phone agents, a majority of gate agents, and supervisors. Flight attendants are much nicer, but not the best. The planes are uncomfortable as well.

Great flights most of the time they are in time and nice flights. However Frontier has by far the worst website and check in process of the airlines we use. I have logged in over 100,000 miles on another airline so i have flown often. Please review your website. Change your sickening "buy up" process and make booking a flight and checking in easier
