Looking for resort information, like available restaurants…not there. Map of grounds…not there.

Exceptionally poor

Resort is nice, rooms, food, staff are all excellent. This app lacks info. The authentication does not appear to be coordinated with mydisney or the website - tried to make a dinner reservation from the app and it forced a password change. Got a push notification that the room was ready for check in - app displayed room number but not which building. Got to room, unlock door failed. App also seems to be draining my battery.

Falls short

This app has great potential to offer full service with the ability to do so but instead it errors out and is not intuitive. It should allow you to see everything at a glance but I only got frustrated trying to enter my itinerary and keep up with the grounds on for the day. It’s surprising for Disney but it’s not very useful.

Wasn’t helpful at all

App is pointless. Since you can book dinner & events well in advance, I believe over a month, all reservations except 1 were full by the time we had a chance to download the app. We were told by staff we would have the best luck booking all reservations in person, which we did. So what is the point of the app? To tell me all about the events that are full? Also, the food order ahead feature only worked once and the 1 event we were able to schedule was cancelled last min.

App is not useful

This app needs help - the reservations need a waitlist function instead of just selling out instantly. They should also either only let each person reserve a certain amount of activities per visit or charge a small amount to reserve in advance so people don’t just hog reservations and then cancel them when they actually know what they are doing Also the activities should filter based on what is available instead of having to click into each one just to find out it’s not available. Awful organization

Terrible. Resort encourages you to use mobile order pickup for food then they never activate pickup windows internally so you can't.

horrible all it does is spin it won't open uninstalled re install still the same with the cost to stay at this resort you would think your app would work better

The app would not allow me to link my reservation. So, there was no point in having the app, but they still want you to use it on site.
