Love Costco. Costco app? Terribly glitchy. Need to look at a product page, or enlarge photos? Well you can see the product page and details, but aside from using the magnifying glass, which only sets it to a slightly larger image, you can't select them to zoom in any further. Oh, you're done looking at the item? Well that's fine, but you're going to have to close the app and then go back in to continue what you were doing. No swiping to go back a page; can't use the arrow to go back either. 👎🏻

was it's pretty good, not slick or fancy but it does the job and I like the membership card feature. But sucks to be stuck at the entrance needing to login so you can scan your membership with no wifi or cell reception, especially considering I was using the app earlier in the day in the comfort of my home.

Costco is awesome

I live 100 miles from my nearest COSTCO. The app makes it a great way to shop when I need something.

I love that it has all the supplies that you need and the employees are professional and courteous towards their customers.

Almost Petfect

The website and app are almost perfect, but they have a lot of room for growth. When I create saved items they disappear. It’s very frustrating. If you would just emulate the Amazon website and app, your business would go through the roof. Get on it!

Purchase history isn’t searchable

It’s almost impossible to find products you bought in the past without searching options. It’s just a digital copy of receipt that’s not going to help to check them manually when you had hundreds of them
