Very slow and doesn't load parts of the page. Has to reload information every time a screen is reopened. Often shows my membership is expired so I can't see my orders unless I log out and back in, and then orders won't always load anyway, just parts of the screen.

Move to another device is a joke. This doesn't allow you to deauth a previous device you have to contact CS everytime you want to move the app to a new phone. It's not hard to allow users to deauth a previous device and install on a new one it's 2026 this is a kindergarten practice. This is 100% a self service feature, this is a pain point for many users yet you ignore it.

Great store - terrible app
The Costco app is really terrible. Keyword searches don’t seem to be linked very accurately in their database - who knows what you get when you search something. Their Pharmacy component really is abysmal. Much of their formulary doesn’t seem to be available, and the search engine is incredibly narrow - for instance “Vetmedin” brings up 2.5mg chewable tablet only. No option to change dosing or type. This makes cost comparison, and knowing what products are available, nearly impossible.

Mediocre.
Search is subpar - lots of irrelevant results. Buggy app prompting multiple times to enter membership number… for the account you are already logged in to show you prices. Great attention to privacy where it is not needed - cannot check the purchases made together last weekend. Have to convene a family meeting to check how much you paid for sausages. Very sensitive data. Otherwise they collect all possible info on you and keep it just in case someone hacks their system. In line with other retailers I guess. In the age of AI people are not prevented to make stupid decisions.

I don’t always want to sign in but the app constantly asks to sign in. Why can’t I just use my password?!?!
