I did purchase my vehicle as planned and found it through the app however my pre-qualification turned pre-qualified rates were way off & I have great credit. I purchased from Toyota, after all said and done they said the rates & pricing weren't acceptable it was a bit of a mess because I did my diligence, read all fine print, understand things change but magically disappeared by the time I entered the payment fiance room. mildly disappointing.

I have been a Capital One customer for many years across nearly every product they offer. I earn over $106,000 annually and carry an 800+ credit score. When I used the Auto Navigator app to finance a vehicle, Westlake Financial was the only lender offered. All others were declined. Westlake Financial has a documented history of predatory practices. The CFPB fined them over $44 million for illegal debt collection tactics including fake caller ID spoofing, falsely threatening criminal prosecution.

Beware, this is a scam
They pre approved me for a used vehicle load. But they can’t tell me the terms. They can’t tell me an interest rate, they can’t tell me a loan amount. And when I called they suggested I pick out a car from the app. Unfortunately the cars listed here are about 20% higher than market. It seems like they are just trying to trick people into paying above market prices on vehicles then jacking up the loan terms when you are ready to purchase. Typical auto salesman scams. No thank you.

The website for ‘Auto Navigator’ has links on each car page to carfax reports. the app does not, making it pointless
