This app is not working, I cannot log in to access my tickets and there is no way to fix it, apparently. The Live Chat agent ("Adam S.") even stopped responding to me and sent me back to the bot chat, which now just responds with "I'm sorry I couldn't give you a better answer". Last night a lot of us could not pull up our tickets at an NBA game, lines of people with the same problem.

Horrible app, horrible customer service, HORRIBLE COMPANY! I bought event tickets that they said could only be accessed via the AXS app. However, the day after downloading the app, it now says I'm "not a person" and won't let me into the app...so how am I supposed to get to the tickets I bought?!?! Update: Waited half an hour for live chat support...who told me it was a firewall issue and then hung up on me with no further comment. Are you fixing it or not?!

Awful app. I can't access my tickets using the password I use on the website. I contact customer Support. Nothing. It works on the day of the show. CS get in touch. My login changes. It works, then it doesn't again. A frustrating waste of time. Having support based in the US is no help. If I had another option I would. And sadly, I still have to use it for a show in a couple of months.
