from almost 3 months agi they start giving wrong info. over charge customer and pay less to drivers. i have more than enough pictures how much charging custimers and how much pay tome. is more than %40. also flashover is another problem. standing middle of busy area but pickup is 4 miles down and ride is 10 miles but pay is not what is on app. they are worse than any gig app i know in this time

this app is a joke lol the support is so unhelpful it just takes you back to the steps that don't work. if it's your first time using it and it doesn't verify your card the only way to update it is to add a separate card with same info. and if you don't have another card your screwed. also if your PayPal Google pay or any other method match that card they will refuse it. I called my bank and they said there's no issue on there end. so this is basically all on Lyft. horrible first impression lyft
