HOW IT WORKS
Parents add YouTube links through the admin panel.
Children see only those videos in a clean,
full-screen player. The app locks the entire device
— your child cannot press the home button, open
other apps, or leave KidsView without your
permission.
COMPLETE DEVICE LOCK
KidsView uses Android's Lock Task Mode to create a
true kiosk experience:
• Home button is fully disabled
• Recent apps button is disabled
• Status bar and notifications are hidden
• Back button does nothing
• App stays locked even after device restart
PARENT UNLOCK — MATH PUZZLE
To exit kids mode, parents must solve a random math
puzzle. Every single time the puzzle is different —
children cannot memorize the answer. A wrong answer
instantly generates a brand new question.

FOR iOS USERS
iOS does not allow apps to lock the device
programmatically. KidsView walks you through
enabling Apple's built-in Guided Access feature,
which achieves the same locked experience.
