modernes handy, 4k cam. die app ist in der base version unbrauchbar auflösung wie C64, videos kann man auch nicht aufnehmen. (unavalaleble). Die wollen doch nur das man die Pro version kauft...

Yes, the free version defaults to SD, but you can change the resolution to HD from the menu. It will trigger an ad. FYI: A Commodore 64 was only 320x200, you should get at least 640x480. :)

Did not save camera resolution and fps, have to change it everytime after reconnecting the USB cam!

This is the expected behavior for the ad supported version. The pro version will save this information for each camera.
