Easy to Use and Secure
If a company doesn’t offer PayPal, I won’t order from them! PayPal has saved me a quite few times from being overcharged and/or from the package not arriving at all. Thank you PayPal for making my purchases secure!

Banned my account without providing reason
I only ever used paypal to buy and sell on depop. I sold something the other day and was supposed to receive about 45$ but they put my account on hold so I couldn’t access the money. They made me take a bunch of time to provide all the proof of what i sold to the buyer on depop and proof that I shipped everything. They said they would look it over after 3 days. Next day, they send me an email saying they’re banning my account and i MIGHT be able to withdraw my funds after 180 days. I used the ai, talked to a real customer service, and called. They all gave the same scripted answers and said they cannot tell me why I was banned. They just kept saying I had “potential risks”. No idea what that means. I only ever used depop, nothing suspicious.

Horrible app and customer service
I downloaded this app today and made my account and not even 20 minutes after my account was created I was told it was permanentaly blocked??? like how is that even possible i hadn’t done a single transaction. Then I called customer service and of course they were useless and just said there is nothing they can do. so now im going to have to pay extra money for a wire transfer. horrible i wish i could give zero stars.

Don’t use
So I made an order on a website that looked legit. I received the PayPal receipt and it was some guy with a Hotmail address. No way it was connected to the actual company. So I made a dispute. PayPal said they would look into it. They got a tracking number from fedex which said the item was delivered. Picture of the delivery address. Not my house. Probably not in the same city. Called them again. Gave them this information and they denied my case. They will not protect you from scammers. They might be part of the scam.
