Keeps logging me out
McDonalds doesn’t seem to understand that loyalty apps should be quick and easy to use. I’ve been logged out twice in two days, and logging back in isn’t quick because you CAN’T DO IT IN THE APP. Also, when will you realize that many people open the app right when they pull up to the ordering speaker. That is NOT the time to answer a customer survey or to stare at an ad for some promotion that you cannot close!

Code doesn’t work
I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to get my codes to work. It’s annoying. Fix it please

Constant logouts
The app as a whole works fine, some annoying UX elements, but easy to use/order. The biggest annoyance is when you login, they email you a link. On mobile you click it, it loads your browser, redirects to the app, and logs you in. If you go back to your browser, it refreshes the page, redirects you to the app, tries to log you in again, which fails and logs you out 🤦♀️. Just use FaceID or code by text. I just want my coffee 😭
