This version includes the following: - Introducing improved support for tracking workouts from your non Apple wearables into Ladder. Now after you complete a workout you can import an existing workout from Apple Health, share a photo of proof of how many calories you burned or just manually enter your heart rate and calories burned. Best workout app ever!!

I am so glad I gave Ladder a try. This workout app has helped me loose weight, feel stronger and stayed motivated throughout my fitness journey. The workouts are easy to follow , challenging in the best way , and keep me consistent . I’ve noticed such a positive in my both physical and mental health. Finally!!

Love this program so much! There’s something for everyone at every level and such variety not just in types of workouts, but daily workouts, coaches, and nutrition plans, etc. This app has everything and the records keeps you motivated and coming back each day. I’m actually learning each day about how best to use weights and be patient to improve. Coaches are encouraging too—no more repetitive YouTube videos, this is a program I where I can see real progress in strength and I enjoy it. :)
