This version includes the following: - Introducing improved support for tracking workouts from your non Apple wearables into Ladder. Now after you complete a workout you can import an existing workout from Apple Health, share a photo of proof of how many calories you burned or just manually enter your heart rate and calories burned. Got me in shape!

I’ve been using the ladder app for just over a year. Easy to use the app, new workouts everyday, growing my streak (doing 3 or more workouts a week) has been super motivating. My body is getting noticeably toned. Highly recommend Ladder.

I’ve tried tons of workout apps but have stuck with ladder because of the results it has given me, motivation, results and feeling part of a team. Nothing compares! Highly recommend

Only improvement I’d recommend

Love this app and it has been super helpful in taking the thought out of what my workout should look like. Only adjustment, it may be something that is offered and I’m not aware of the function, would be cool while you are working out with a coach - if you are working out on the rest day, the ability to build out your own workout and still log it. Please let me know if this is already available, thanks!

Love this app. They have done a great job making it easy to use. I do wish there was a program that had full body training four times a week.
