Crashed!!

I I was so excited to get the cricut yesterday, and that app worked perfectly fine. but today keeps on telling me error crashed with a purple button that has give feedback so I press it and it doesn’t send me to anything you just like keeps me like out of the app like I keep on pressing it and it doesn’t work. What should I do?!?!?!?!☹️

Need to stop updating and making needless changes.

Can no longer use the app what so ever, can’t use zoom features, offset or sticker functions no longer work properly and don’t separate layers, having these issues after constant updates with needless changes. Stop moving stuff for no reason, stop implementing changes no one asked for, and please stop shoving out more stuff that doesn’t work… I essentially have a $400 paper weight sitting on my desk simple because I can no longer use the app. No customer service, constant harassment via email and cell phone #. Would give 0/10 UPDATE TO DEVELOPER - no, uninstalling and reinstalling your app will not fix how bad it is. Actually switching as you guys are definitely not willing to help.

I spend more time fighting with this app and having it lag, and constantly crash on me than I do spend successfully making things. Paid subscription just to be conned by something that might work for you…

Horrible program

Every time I use there is an issue. Cannot open on Antymis device at the moment. Constantly struggles with connecting too machine. Do not recommend buying any cricut product
