worst service ive tried, i know my way around phones and sims but this process was extremely confusing. dont bother, if you have any issues, they will make you talk to a bot for 2 hours before speaking to a real person and once you speak to the real person, they arent able to provide any back end support and will simply tell you directions. i started this process over a month ago and my sim still doesnt work. at this point id prefer to just loose my money than deal with them again

非常 非常 非常 差 我身在日本 放了 club sim 張咭入電話 要啟用 又要註冊成為會員 俾電郵地址佢 我身在日本 都要我實名登記 要映埋身份證俾佢 唔緊要啦！ 我照做！ 好啦 結果只用到張咭一日 （我張咭包裝印明七日） 不停Send電郵 及 短信息 俾你 內容 言詞含做 永遠在寫 你只有 ”1 data” 將會到期 / 己經到期 究竟這個 1 data 甚麼意思 ？ 一個合約期？ 一日？ 一個鐘？ 1G容量？ 一日之後就用唔到啦 要用嘅時一定用唔到 我仲浪費大量 時問 去註冊 去登記 去探求點解用唔到 一粒星 都唔值 我都唔寫得佢咁衰 做得咁絕 實在太嬲 我寫得咁絕 我乘擔後果 一星都唔值 就係咁！！
