Every listing on Gem Heaven is backed by Stripe escrow — your payment is held securely until you receive your stone and confirm. Sellers receive 88% of every sale. Listings support fixed price or auction format, with in-app messaging so buyers and sellers can discuss details before any money moves. Prices display in the buyer’s local currency with live exchange rates, so there’s no confusion across borders.
