Terrible Company
They will lie to you from multiple angles. They will tell you an estimated wait time tell you to wait and they will likely give you a refund at the end of the ride then once you finish the ride that it’s in their policy they can’t. Complete liars with zero customer service. If I could post this on other review services i would. Will never use again.

The amount of up sells on average service in unreal. You order your ride and they ask $1 for this and $2.50 for that on a $7 ride. Unreal.. I called a car—take my service request and ship it. Why is there any further conversation than, “Would you like a ride? yes”. Come in the time you said, charge me what you quoted. Such goons…

une grosse joke,cette appli est nul j'aurais aimé mettre aucune étoile, 3 chauffeur on pris ma course et mon canceller en ligne j'ai été obligé d'aller chez le concurrents qui on un service de qualité

je viens d'utiliser l'application pour la première fois. je prend une ride. une fois arrivé à ma destination, on m'envoie immédiatement un chauffeur pour me prendre et me déplacer à mon point départ sans que je fasse rien. j'ai contacté le chauffeur pour lui expliquer que moi je viens d'arriver et je veux pas partir. Le chauffeur annule la course et lyft me charge pour cette course. Ensuite pas de moyen de les contacter. GROSSE ARNAQUE. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS. Je retournerai sur UBER.
